Hi guys,

I've decided to upgrade my rig to a X470 along with 2600X. The motherboard I picked is https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/X470-AORUS-ULTRA-GAMING-rev-10#kf

However, in the RAM specifications, I see that Support for DDR4 3200(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2933 / 2667 / 2400 / 2133 MHz memory modules

May I ask why is 3200 and 3000 bracketed with an O.C? Does this mean i need to OC my 2600X to use my ram in 3200? Is this "plug and play" just like 2933 and 2667? Or I need after market cooling solution?
