How do i run games using iGPU on my desktop?

Sorry for the noobish question but i cannot for the life of me figure it out. 
 
My system specs are as follows
  • i7 8700
  • GTX 1080 Ti 
  • 32 GB Ram
  • Windows 10 pro X64
I have 2 monitors, my old monitor is connected to the iGPU and my new one is connected to the GTX 1080 ti. 
 
I just want to know how can i run games on my second monitor which uses my iGPU. I do not see any options to run it using iGPU or anything like that and i do not like to make my old monitor as my primary. 

Microsoft in there infinite wisdom have decided to impose a VRAM cap for games the that use DX9 o.O. May God Bless them those whoever came up with that idea. :dry:

connect the display you want to use to the 1080 and it will use that for gamage.

why would you want to run games specifically on your igpu?

i believe if you disconnect the other monitor from the 1080, games should default to running from only the iGPU

Ah not an option.  All the cables are neatly arranged and i'd hate to make a mess of that. I'd rather not touch my setup.

you could just reach around and unplug it do your test and plug it back it in. you don't need to completely remove the cable(you could also try simply turning off your monitor)

Can you change the preferred GPU in the Nvidia control panel?

You likely have to make your iGPU monitor primary then it'll handle the games.  You can always switch back when done your science testing or whatever you're doing.

 

I jump between playing on a monitor and TV so I just switch the primary screen when I want to game on the other screen.
