Hey Guys!

I just planned a pretty decent AMD PC Build with AMD RX 580, of which I wont put specifications, cause they are irrelevant, and this post may be removed to New Builds and Planning.

I need to know more games I can play according to my mentioned ones:

Forza Motorsport

Grand Theft Auto 5

Watchdogs 2

Player Unknowns Battlegrounds

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Call of Duty Black Ops

Fortnite

It will run all of these games pretty comfortably at 1080p you might not max out all settings in every game but its still a good card for 1080p

You can run any game with a rx 580 at 1080p very high/ultra, i don't understand the question?

Thought that depends on what cpu you have. If you have a first gen pentium you are not gonna pass the minimum specs of modren games, but i hope you have a normal ryzen or intel newer than 5th gen cpu.

Could we have all your specs, including CPU, RAM, Motherboard, storage and power supply? It gives us a better idea on how the games will run.

With a 580 you can expect 1080p easily, but not at the ultra/insane settings, around medium to high will be a good balance between frames and quality.

hi.

Ugh, the biggest problem is the PSU. It's no good.

Only consider those rated tier 3 or above. 550w units will do.

Then there are less critical, but still note worthy issues..

1. MSI dont make great AM4 motherboards. They suffer from immature BIOS and inefficient VRMs. I'd try get something else.

2. B350 motherboards all need BIOS updates because they are produced before 2000 series are out and carry BIOSes that only work with 1000 series and Bulldozer based APUs. Either order AMD's bootkit (for free) or pay a store a few dollars for it. If you buy from a physical store directly, they often do it for free.

3. Ryzen loves dual channel high frequency RAM, so try get 2800-3000 MHz ones. Even faster ones are often too expensive and bad value.

Not the punishing and badly optimized ones, say PUBG.

or GTA 4, i can't play it well with a 1070 at 1080p, but you get the drill. Any decent game will play good.

GTA 4 is a console port, hence why it gets shitty framerates. It is simply horribly optimized for PC.

It's expected, even on low range and flagship cards.

Your 3rd point is definitely considerable, but your first two points are something I cannot change, due to my budget. But i'll try to...

Well, playing Console released and dedicated games even on a Xeon processor won't work, cause the unoptimized game is kind of misleading the PC and increasing its usage and load for no use.

Which is why console gamers don't like to shift to PC, or perhaps they just can't, and want to continue playin games on 4 gb ram. lol
