Hey there guys.I recently bought a mobo cpu and ram combo for cheap.Motherboard is Asus 970 pro gaming aura, the cpu is AMD FX 8350 and the ram is Samsung 2x8Gb 1600mhz.
i have it overclocked to 4.579ghz with turbo core enabled so it's more like 4.4ghz base clock. I haven't touched the voltage although in CPU-z it shows that it runs on like 1.425 volts when on max load.
In HWmonitor i'm seeing Package temps over 70 degrees and socket degrees of 79 degrees celsious. Is this normal for 8350 because in amd site they tell the max temp is 62 degrees.
I'm also using BeQuiet Pure Rock 120m for Cpu Cooling and i have pretty good airflow in the case with 3 inlet fans and 3 outlet fans.

That cooler is too weak. Your CPU is overheating badly. It's not supposed to go over 62c so either upgrade to a better cooler (class of NH-D15 or a good AIO both in the $80-100 range at least) or go back to stock.
