The 6350 can be found for around 40-60 used on ebay. The 6300 can be found for 20-40ish. The 6300 will overclock to similar levels as the 6350... so it is probably the better choice budget wise.

 

Now you just need to toss on a mid range cooler like an h212 or H7 (if it supports the socket)

seems possible for my Budget i will look into it :D

sorry i'm a newb but can recommend a cooler that is most likely to not let it climb higher than 60°C
