every time i try to open heaven benchmark i get this message in the log file.

17:57:50 Xml::load(): can't open "C:/Program Files (x86)/Unigine/Heaven Benchmark 4.0/bin/unigine.cfg" file

17:57:50 Config::load(): can't open "C:/Program Files (x86)/Unigine/Heaven Benchmark 4.0/bin/unigine.cfg" file

17:57:50 Engine::init(): can't initialize filesystem17:57:53 Shutdown

when i try to open it from the desktop using broswer_x86.exe i get the message:the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

i have tried installing all the visual C++ packages and reinstalled heaven multiple times in the 'program files (x86) folder', but still no luck on getting it to work. i dont know what else to try.

Think you need x64 and x86 versions.

i have x 64 and x86 of 2010, 2012 and 2008 versions. all of them in the same folder as heaven.

I remember having this issue with Heaven after a Windows 10 install, had me head scratching way into the night.

Here is a screen cap of the folder i have mine in and judging by the timestamps the top 3 i downloaded didn't work but the bottom 2 did.

Can't remember where i got them though,  doh!    I do remember uninstalling/reinstalling Heaven each time though.
