Windows 10 bootable usb drive?

Is it possible to create a bootable usb containing windows 10 without installing it? (thus making it not save when powering it off)

I've run Ubuntu and kobi linux without installing it on a computer before.

no windows has to be installed, but you can have a dual boot system so it has a couple OS's on it

Specially if you have ssd usb mainly usb3

 

To make it unchangeable install Reboot Restore Rx (yes it's the name of software and it's freeware)

However if you install it on regular flashdrive with maximum 6MB/s read 16MB/s write, the experience is not going to be pleasant.

Usually it's the other way around

 

Why would you need windows 10 on USB? Windows 10 kills HDDs and experience is very bad on HDDs with read/write speeds of up to 150 MB/s. I even do not want to imagine what will it be like using windows 10 from USB

In the world of portable OS I'd prefer Chrome OS. Easy to install, and best for the basics.

It depends on the what are you up to use it. For example, I also prefer Linux because it's stability.
