Specially if you have ssd usb mainly usb3

 

To make it unchangeable install Reboot Restore Rx (yes it's the name of software and it's freeware)

However if you install it on regular flashdrive with maximum 6MB/s read 16MB/s write, the experience is not going to be pleasant.

Usually it's the other way around :)

 

Why would you need windows 10 on USB? Windows 10 kills HDDs and experience is very bad on HDDs with read/write speeds of up to 150 MB/s. I even do not want to imagine what will it be like using windows 10 from USB :D
