I've got this laptop in november and since then it was all fine. About a month ago i started having problems playing more then 1-2 hours because my cpu was always around 90°-100° and started to throttle.

It got even worse this week since after i play 1 game of league of legends and i fire up fortnite(where i usually get around 150-190fps) i start getting 40 fps and my sound gets distorced

Edit: Yes i've cleaned the fans multiple times i think it might be a problem of thermal paste

Solved: undervolted the cpu but now i get power limit throttling that takes my cpu clock down by 1 ghz(from 3.4 to around 2.5-2.6)

If you live in the US then I would suggest changing out the thermal paste (US law says that you can work on your own things without voiding warranty as long as you don't damage it) to something like Gelid GC extreme. Undervolting the cpu will also help a bit, try doing both.

I live in Italy and i'm pretty sure it's not allowed. Is it normal to get these high temps or it might be a fault of dell? Can i ask for support?

You could try to send it in, but risk the chance of them sending it back saying that it isn't hitting tjmax of 105c. I guess trying wouldn't hurt, those temps are too high and will definitely reduce longevity.

QC issues like uneven heatsink and bad thermal paste job can happen. Try undervolting and repaste (Gelid GE Extreme). If not RMA it.
