nope its not the RAM i borrowed this RAM from a friend & it ran no issues for over a week until now 

I would still test it, sounds like the other two possibilities are that the SSD/the controller is having issues.

Could it be my motherboard ? Cause my CPU led indicator comes on from when i wake it from sleep & sometimes from a cold boot having to turn it off and turn it on a few times to get a display to show

You should be able to get the dump files from C:\Windows\Minidump because your computer recognised it as a BSOD.

Have you overclocked your CPU?

Can you try with any other RAM?

I cant copy them and no i cant get any other ram i suspect its a defective motherboard

Are you the administrator on your computer? If so, you should have the option to take ownership. If you don't, Right click on the folder and go to properties then on the security tab select your name and click edit. Check all the boxes (don't need special permissions) and you should be able to copy. If you're not the administrator, the admin has to do it.

Also, is it a recurring issue or have you only blue screened once? If it's only once then you're fine, but if it happens again there's a potential problem.

It could be your motherboard, but we sort of need more details before we can say for sure.

yeah this been happening since i got the Z87 - A never happened with my old motherboard i changed ram twice & my SDD so im ruling them out i used who crashed & from the link stated above someone got the same crash i did & it had something to do with the motherboard i assume
