Why is a Blu-Ray reader included?

A Corsair CX450 or CX450M or a Cooler Master Masterwatt 450 would be a better psu choice.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

What is your price range?

I already have the gpu, psu, hdd and case and the optical drive is not needed so I don't include it in my budget. So for the CPU , motherboard and ram like 300$ max I need a minimum of 8gb ram and would prefer if the product s were available on Amazon or Newegg , I want to overclock aswell

This pc will be a lot better than you were trying to build...

Ignore the warning on this list as it is not a big deal. its just an update.

How do you update the bios with another cpu? I'm also looking to overclock and I could be wrong but I don't think that chipset supports it thx for you help tho

Updating a bios doesnt depend on what cpu you have. And you could spend 10-20 dollars more on a overclockable mobo but i dont see any benefit in overclocking in a 600 dollar budget pc...
