I have installed the game F1 2015 from Steam. When i start the game up hey says i need DirectX11. The same problem i have with more programs and games. So i checked my system and it says DirectX12 witch is better. So what exactly is the problem? And how do i run this programs/games?

Directx12 is not an improvement on DX11, its a different API entirely so you need dx11 to play the game simply download it from MS or use the games installer if it has one.

no. Which DX version to use depends on the game support.
