Case Fan Not Spinning

I have the fractal design meshify c case, and the front fan isn't spinning. Its connected to CHA_FAN1 on my asus rog strix z370f gaming motherboard. My back fan works and so does the cpu cooler.

Since your back fan is working, you try can swap both connection, your back fan to CHA_FAN1 and vice versa.
