Seems to be like a scam.....

He could easily sell that GPU fr that price...

Yeah I'd buy it. Why not? Worst case scenario you sell it and make some extra cash.

Or, you know, sell some of it to me ;)

Nah. Kinda hard to scam someone who's buying locally.

Buy that stuff....nd u can easily resale it over $800-1000

I'd be wary, why would he sell it for 250 if he can easily get 2 or 3 times as much? Even a pawn shop would pay more than that. Do you have a local police station that acts as one of those safe trading places?

I'd at least make sure you can thoroughly test it before buying.
