Should i buy this used CPU?

I wouldn't buy it because of the bend pins, but if you fell comfy with it after a test buy them. But I'm sure that this could lead into a faster defect.

So i found a r 7 1800x online for 190 euro wich is really good. Why so low price? He let the cpu fell once and the pins were bend. He sayd he pulled the pins back and it workedlike it used too.  If i go and test out the processor and ut will work just fine. Is it bad that the pins were bend? Will it break earlyer?

Keep in mind the CPU has no warranty; AMD doesn't cover bent pins.
