Macrium Reflect Free uses a simple, easy to understand, reliable, one step cloning process. There is no need to make a bootable stick or live CD just to do a direct clone.

Most HDD manufacturers have their own limited, free version of a popular software for this called Acronis True Image, you could always purchase the full version of that for full features, but our version is called DiscWizard. For the other versions based on storage manufacturer, see the post by the Reddit Acronis rep.
