Display output with graphics cards

I am thinking of buying a Gtx 1080ti ftw 3, however found out that it only has 1 display output, 1 hdmi and 1 or 2 dvi ports. If I wanted to run a dual monitor setup would I be able to do so with this card? If not would I be able to just extend the second monitor as 1 screen figuration and continuously just move tabs to the second screen? Also what is the best gtx 1080 ti graphics card in your opinion? First pc build.

Yeah, you can extend the 1st monitor for wider desktop...

Cheers, just wanted confirmation. Also would I be able to use the display port to connect to one monitor and the hdmi to connect to another?

yeah. They all work the same.

 

Note that if you have two DVI ports, one of them may be "shared" with a HDMI port ... i mean if you plug something in HDMI port, then one dvi port may be disabled automatically.

 

But you normally wouldn't use DVI anyway, unless you have some older high refresh rate monitors, Displayport is better to use.

sorry I meant display port. So if I connect one display port to 1 monitor and the hdmi to another monitor would it be a dual monitor setup?
