Ryzen Master makes Overclocking on Ryzen fairly easy

but I'd probably suggest you get an R5 1600 + ASrock Pro 4 at minimum for a decent upgrade. Only issue is insane DDR4 pricing.

The R3 2200G will be fine for 60hz gaming though.

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
