Is this a good budget build?

get a better PSU, the BT is low quality. a coolermaster masterwatt would be better. also, don't spend so much on the case and use it for the cpu instead.

It's not bad, but I wouldn't want to use a PC without an SSD. If you really can't strech the budget I'd just go for a super budget case for the time being and throw in a 128GB SSD for your OS.
