Which one would be the best for my cpu?

i own a 8700k Ive noticed it starts to get over 80 degrees when underload, Ive currently one of these

or the x62 which one would be better?

If the're the same thickness, the 360 has more surface area so I assume it cools a bit better.

Either should work just fine, of course and addition 120mm fan is always nice.

x72 will perform the best although an x62 would be fine.

delidding would also help if you haven't done it already.

If you already have a x52 your not going to see a massive improvement moving to other coolers it will just be "marginal" 

 

They have larger surface area's but as you already have a 240mm cooler it honestly isn't going to get that much better.

i.e upgrading from a x52 -> x62 or x72 or x1000 will only net you like 2-4 degree's likely. And isn't a true solution.

 

If money isn't a "problem" then Delidding your processor would be next thing I would look into.

Assuming your overclocked as well, and that you haven't delidded.  That your Processor probably isn't the best stock paste situation that would be the next logical step.
