Certainly not one of those laptops. There are a couple (and with a couple I mean like.. I can count all on my hand) of laptops which have desktop CPU's built in which can be replaced, but on most laptops the the CPU is soldered in (these are called 'BGA'/Ball grid array CPU's, as opposed to LGA or PGA on desktop sockets).

 

I mean technically... Yea, you could solder in a new CPU, but it is really not practical, plus the chances of knocking other parts off the board when doing this task is high. 

So practically you can't upgrade the CPU.
