built in fan controller on case

Go to solution Solved by WoodenMarker,

Reviews describe it as High/Low/Off so it's probably 12v, 7v, off.

Voltage and rpm usually scale linearly or close to it so 5v and 7v should be ~40 / 60% respectively.

i have a https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353105 case and was wondering if anyone knew what percent does it reduce the fans?i know it probably reduces them by even giving it 5v or 7v but  what percent would the fan run at if it only got 5 or 7 v?

so my 2 2000 rpm fans probably run about 1200 rpm at low setting if im doing that correctly.

Yep. Unless I'm mistaken and it's 7v / 5v / off instead. There's a complaint in a review that says the fan controller doesn't run the fans at max rpm.

do you think i have good enough case cooling? I have 2x 120mm 1200 rpm intake fans running at max speed connected to motherboard and one  120mm exchaust on the rear connected to the motherboard running about max speed and then two 120mm fans exchaust on the top connect to the fan controller because there loud  at 2000 rpm at full speed so thats why i run them on the low setting on the fan controller and not connected to the psu directly  also because im out of fan headers
