I have a i5 2400 3.10 ghz with a rx 560 i decided to try make my cpu turbo slightly higher and when i boot to windows and check the speed with task manger i get this

I of course was not fooled and opened aida 64 and noticed i got only 3.20 ghz not 6

its because windows tries to read it through software instead of using the mobo / cpu sensors

 

it for example reads the processor id , knowing that its a 4690k, but it doesnt read any sensors that monitor things such as multiplier , bclk  ect
