Hey,

So recently my computer has been having a lot of issues and I'm not sure why. To start, whenever I'm on any browser it will go back to the previous page whenever I jump to another page and will keep on doing this until I close the browser. Another problem is that when I'm on my desktop it literally becomes unresponsive and I can move my cursor around the screen although I'm not able to click anything on the taskbar or the desktop. This is seriously frustrating and I'm having to resort to trying this out on my phone

Help is appreciated.

Considering you got a pretty powerful PC I really don't know what could cause such an issue.

I would simply go ahead and check for viruses first. Maybe some sketchy process is slowing down your PC.

Regarding the browser issue you could try to reinstall that. And if nothing works reinstall the entire OS.

Doing a virus check right now, although I haven't downloaded anything suspicious recently so not sure if this is the reason

Regarding the browser issue, reinstalled it and still the same issue persists, even with other browsers like Internet Explorer. I literally can't do anything on my computer atm

Something must be using up all those ressources.

Have you checked task manager for applications that are using too many ressources?

If nothing works I would back up my data and simply reinstall the OS before going through all the trouble of fixing this issue.

No viruses which was expected, although I'll try reinstalling Windows 10. Hopefully that fixes everything

That can help a lot, sometimes an update just ruins an OS install.

Shouldn't happen, but it happens thanks to M$.
