Wich whould be the best for 1080p gameing GTA v is the most intense game I got just need decent fps. I've never played over 30 fps

580 would be the best option, depending on the prices you can pick one up for.

RX 580 for cheaper free-sync displays, but it's usually even more overpriced than the 1060.

What are you doing with your PC? upgrading or building a new one? What's your budget/Country?

Then don't buy a GPU, just grab a cheap R5 2400G system for around $500 and save the rest of your money for next generation GPUs in a few months.
Could maybe add a 240GB SSD or use a 2TB FireCuda Hybrid drive.
