Hey guys!

So I have an Elgato HD60 and was wandering what the minimum specs were to record 1080p 60FPS?

I have an old laptop with an i3-4010U, and was wandering whether it's worth an upgrade, and if so what's recommended?

I'm using my laptop to record my PC

Thank you!

As this article states, your 4th generation i3 U-processor isn't going to run this smoothly. It suggests these minimum system requirements:

Quote

• Windows 10 (64-bit)
• 4th generation Intel Core i5 CPU (i5-4xxx or comparable), 2 Ghz or higher, before Turbo Boost
• Sound card (if your laptop can play sound, then it meets this requirement)
• 4GB Total Installed RAM (or higher)
• Built-in USB 2.0 port

Again, the product page states minimum requirements: https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/game-capture-hd60
