I've had an idea for a few weeks now, the idea is have a fake sponsored video by Microsoft where everyone employed by LMG has to use Edge for a week, and after that week they give their impressions on it (everyone basically says that it's complete trash). After that you could say that the video was sponsored by Chrome or Firefox. This could go onto the LTT youtube or it could be twisted slightly so that this is a prank for Channel Super Fun so that it's for a sponsored video. IDK I think that this basic idea could make for a great video. Tell me what you think <3

There is a reason why Edge is usually only used to download Chrome or Firefox. Honestly, I never use it so i don't know, but hey that's another idea to add to this exactly why people hate Edge hmmm.

People think that Edge is trash because it's not Chrome or Firefox...but it looks similar to IE.

 

Edge will never regain its market share because it will always be seen as IE.

Ezzy idk how you think it looks similar to IE because to me it looks TOTALLY different honestly I think that Edge lost some of the basic functions that even IE had. Personally, I think that Chrome or Firefox look closer to IE than what Edge does. I do agree that Edge will never regain its market share.

I don't necessarily mean it's actual GUI, but it still uses the "E" symbol which is a holdover from IE and the majority of people just think of it as an updated and renamed version of IE...and don't bother to try it because they just use it to download Chrome, set that as default and never think of it again.
