I have been looking for a dual system pc case for quite some time yet I haven't found anything that suits me so I have decided to design my own.

I found this case https://imgur.com/a/dTRqx which I have used as my inspiration (Basically copied) just made bigger

The main thing I am struggling with is what to do with the space and designs for the fan covers so I would appreciate some Input on what you think would improve it.(It is still in early development)

Needs to fit 2x480mm , 2x420mm radiators and 2x400mm tall reservoirs and at least 20 5.25inch bays (Currently 22)

Holy Crap 20 5.25" bays....

Keep the bottom of your door open "mesh" for airflow. You'll hurt your cooling performance otherwise.

Shrink the space, you got way more than you need (Shorten it up; Flip the PSU's on their sides, and bring the RADS closer to each end of the case)

Kinda looks like Solidworks. Is that Solidworks or Inventor?

I know but I was planning to use them for HDDs and It is better to be safe then sorry.

I was thinking i would go for something like this but I can't decide

You were right there was far to much space free so I managed to shrink it down 50mm in width and 150mm off the length which brought the weight down significantly

The only thing is I cant see a benefit of turning the PSU on the side apart

It is inventor

Well yeah but do you need 5.25" bays for 3.5" Drives? Seems a bit excessive. Why not just regular 3.5" drives? YOu could probably fit more that way and condense it even further.

The side panel vent design loos good. You probably dont need to put holes across the entire thing if you only have airflow going to the bottom of the case.

Have you thought about cables at all? There doesnt seem to be any cutouts for them, and they normally go behind the motherboard tray but there doesnt seem to be any good way of geting at them with this design unless you made the whole case split in half which kinda defeats the purpose of a dual system...

Maybe Check out case labs. Now that I look deeper, they actually have a case similar to the one you're trying to design

I was thinking along the lines of something like this http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=605&area=en mainly for accessibility I would switch to 3.5" if there is a similar solution (I haven't seen any)

I have thought about it very briefly (I wanted to get the main concept done before I faff around) but my idea is to have holes cut on each motherboard tray and down in the bottom and have all the cables go through the channel in the middle

I've tried to use that as some of my inspiration as well as the http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00002895 Which i would of gone for but it seemed a little to tight
