Everytime if my pc is on and i touch anything metal or steel part of my case, it electrocuted me. Any way to prevent this?

and please no obvious answer like : "ERMEHGERD teching case wheil on! hah stuepoid HUEHUEHUE"

Does it only happen when your computer is on?

Is the outlet you're using have the proper ground/earth prong?

Remount your motherboard. I will bet one dollar that one of those stupid metal prongs on the I/O shield has found it's way into a usb socket or similar and is shorting on the case.

 

Edit: That's if you're feeling an electric current and not a 'static shock'
