Lockscreen keeps changing to this creepy man?

AsadaShinoSan

Friends came over and when they left, my PC keeps switching its lock screen to this man attached in the screenshot. They didn't do anything or installed stuff on my PC, already ran a malware bytes scan and did not find anything. Is there any fix to this (I can't even find the picture on my PC)

Have you ever tried to switch to windows spotlight etc? And I believe this can be actually locked down in registry so try it.

I'll give it a shot

Funny thing is I didn't switch to windows spotlight in the first place...

You switched to other options, like slide, or windows spotlight, then it automatically switch back to that man?

That's a good one.

Wonder if it's part of a theme?

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. Have you tried deleting that picture? It needs to be stored somewhere.
