I am looking to have a new build for gaming and streaming and a tiny bit of editing, I have no idea what parts to choose so I do need some help, here is my budget:  $1500 (I know about the gpu prices)

Where are you buying parts from?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

-moved to new build planning-

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Do you have a particular online store? do you need peripherals/camera/screen/Mic? or is the $1500 just for the PC itself?

AMD Ryzen 3950x under a Noctua D15S, 32 Gb G Skill FlareX 3200 DDR4 running at 3200 CL14, Gigabyte Aorus Pro 570 Wifi, Gigabyte 2070 Super hooked to a Dell U2718Q 4k HDR monitor & an Acer 1440p 144hz IPS panel of some kind, an Inland 1 TB M.2 PCIE 4 main drive, a Samsung NVME M.2 250Gb, WD Blue 500Gb  and 1 TB SSDs, Corsair RMX750, Rainbows and butterflies...

Well there's a parts list anyways

RX 580 8GB>1060 if you can find one at the same price, 4GB model is fine if you want a free-sync display as they're cheaper than G-sync displays

either will be fine for 1080p gaming.

Ryzen 2 comes out April 19th if you want to wait for a free 10% performance bump.

Some parts yes probably from amazon and Newegg other than that a local online store

Then you'd probably need to link that local online store, otherwise the lists you get are rather useless as the pricing will be different.
