Is it possible to turn my numpad into a voice effect board?

I never use the keys on my numpad, and I wanted to make it useful. Is there a program that can change my mic effects with these keys so I can sound different on discord?

I don't think you can do that but i know a good voice changer app, its called Voxal, and maybe there are keybinds so you can set some binds with your numpad.
