I'm actually thinking of doing a 650D build and painting it white or lime green.

 

 

I honestly think you should go with the Define R4. It has amazing build quality and is so silent.

Ugliest case front I can think of on a popular case.

Maybe the 600T White Edition is something for you.

Or a Switch 810 White.

I have a 600T white that's painted lime green lol.

 

I'm actually thinking of getting a 650/750D and painting it white. Replacing the front 5.25" bay covers with a mesh.

Almost any case under $200 will now be a big downgrade for you. The SE is a terrible case, so I wouldn't recommend that. See OC3D review. 

 

I almost went for the II but found it slightly too large, as I don't need that many drives, fans, or rad space.

There's the standard ones, like fractal design Arc midi r2 or Corsairs Obsidian series. but i also like bitfenix's Ronin, looks good/clean but airflow seems a little restricted through front/top.
