My Coolermaster Cosmos II has to go. I'm just sick of this giant thing.

It's a great case, I have it custom painted. Custom acrylic side panel, blah blah.

I'm getting rid of my watercool setup and downgrading a little.

Really don't keep up with cases that much.

What do you guys recommend as a replacement for my home machine?

It's going to be a basic build.. 4770k, 32gb ram, sli 780 ti's and maybe a h220/h320 for cooling.

If you can spare enough to go M-Atx, I'd say the Phenom M Prodigy M or collosis M. Personally.

I've got a Prodigy M with a 4960x sitting in my living room. It's not enjoyable to look at lol

750D would would fit a h320 and the rest of that set up quite nicely, assuming you don't want to buy a new mobo. Also can a please see a pic of the Cosmos :P

The only Corsair case I can stand are the 600T and maybe the C70

Corsair Obsidian cases just look bland and I would possibly consider the 900D if I was keeping my complete setup.

Arc Midi R2. Finally put my parts in mine yesterday. Love it.

I've sold many of hundreds of the R2's and they just don't cut it for me

Any specific issue, or just dont fit your tastes aesthetically?

It's a simple but great case. The problem lays where it's just to simple/plain for me. This is also part of why the Corsair cases don't spark my fancy. They all look the same and plain on the front.

@ttam , are you considering changing motherboards as well or does it have to be an ATX case?

ATX would be preferred. I've got the Asus Maximus Extreme in my system right now and now plans on swapping out this $300 mobo for something unless it looks baller like the G1 Sniper

What about a Phantom or Switch? Maybe a TJ11?

A TJ11 houses my home server, it's cool, but huge.

I have a pink phantom ($20 local find) and it's a nice case but seems like everyone has it.

I kinda like the Switch 810 in white with a blue theme.

Would need some modding to make it awesome though.

I'm really not a fan of the Switch, there's just something about it and it isn't any smaller than a TJ11. So are you looking more for a mid tower?

Just something new/different. Mid would be good. Would help me in not blowing all my money to fill up a big case lol

Maybe a gunmetal Phantom with painted white/orange stripes or highlights to match the LinusTechTips Day theme?

Maybe an Air 540?

Do you like the look of the Cosmos II? Get the Cosmos SE!

I love the windows of the A540.

Just wish it wasn't so wide.

Edit: I've never really looked to much into the case. It looks like a great case but falls short in only the look area for me. It looks like it has a lot of potential to become a great modding case

I honestly think you should go with the Define R4. It has amazing build quality and is so silent.
