Cheapish good cooling pad?

Hi all, I have a Dell 7567. It’s heavily undervolted ans the temps are already very good but I would like to get a cooling pad just to keep it quiet and hopefully prolong the fan life.

 

I want something with:

 

-lots of airflow

- red LEDs, no LEDs, or LEDs you can turn off

- At least one USB passthrough port

- A non-stupid price for what it is (a piece of plastic with fans on...) 

 

I don’t if there’s like a specific one that everyone recommends (like the Hyper 212 used to be recommended) or if they’re all the same.
