cant reset my pc windows 10

i just bought a pc from my friend. i wanted to reset the pc to factory because he did not delete anything. it goes into the reset mode and gets to like 30% and then it just stops and says "Windows has a problem resetting your computer: no changes has been made" if anybody knows how i cant reset i will be thankfull

Go download the Win 10 ISO and install it fresh 100%. The license for Windows 10 is tied to the Motherboard, so nothing should need to be done to re-activate it when completed.

Agree, but BEFORE you install it, download the mobo drivers from manufacturers website onto a usb drive.

Not to thread jack, but I also cant factory reset but for a different reason, as soon as the computer reboots and it says to choose a language, none of my peripherals work, and its only in that specific menu, all safe mode options and stuff work.

I have the same problem that OP has but with a 2-in-1 windows tablet. Can I install it from USB stick too?
