Is my Sapphire HD7950 dead?

I have this 5yr old Sapphire HD7950 boost. I recently ran with overclock for about a few short weeks at gpu:mhz1050 and the memory at mhz1350. I did not do anything to the voltages as some great guide online stated its stable at those clocks on stock voltage. Since the overclock I would get random pc freezes, so I stopped doing it for a while. Then I started again, errthing semed fine. Now all of a sudden while playing siege not overclocked I think the display went black, no signal on my LG ultrawide. However I could still hear my teammates communicate for a few minutes. Then I started getting robotic voices...so I guess something went really bad. I turned it off and booted up again and now I dont get display. On once instance I logged in with no display, and tried to open windows media player, I could not play music since I cant see what I was doing, but I did something wrong and I heard the windows chime with a keystrok, I tried again and I heard the chime. So windows is surely still running. Means my pc is booting, so cpu fine, ram fine, psu fine..?, mobo fine...but the gpu fan spins extremely slow. So afterburner fan profile is not working.

Such a tough time to have it break...an upgrade wont be available till July or so.
