Voltage Issue on HD 7850

I finally got a "new" video card, a 2GB HD 7850, but I see in Afterburner it keeps it at 900mV idle but it shoots up to 1138 under load, these are the default settings afterburner opened with, I was wondering if it's safe to run it at this voltage.
