Weird full-on black screen

I was playing Overwatch and the match ended up being very good so i decided to send a screenshot of the match's results to my friend,

i usually click CTRL+ALT+PrintScreen to screenshot and then i send to my friend (i do this instead of Windows+PrintScreen because if i do the Windows+PrintScreen one it screenshots all of my monitors, which i dont want).

now.. to the problem.. i THINK and i say it again... i THINK (meaning im not sure) that i clicked another combination of keys that resulted of my screen becoming basically all black.

Screenshot of the black screen: (it's on both of my monitors, so it's not a monitor problem).

 

 

if you could help me out i would be SO thankful, cuz this sht is kinda annoying.

Looks like you've enabled a high contrast theme or something. Search in the start menu for themes, display settings etc.
