Use RUFUS or similar software to write the DBAN ISO to a flash drive. Then (using RUFUS or another software) write the CENTOS iso to a different flash drive (or have a second computer ready if you are reusing the flash drive) . Then wipe the disk using the instructions in this article. 

 

Finally boot off of your CENTOS drive and install the necessary drivers you may need (depends on your hardware).

I hope you are better actor than tech support :D Installed Windows OS isn't ISO. ISO is image of disc, usually referred when talking about OS install discs. For installing Linux, you are just going to make Linux installer, formatting drive and installing Linux as you would with any other OS.

 

DBAN is software to clear drive from data. If you are paranoid type, that would be way to go.
