Are you asking how to boot two computers using the same SSD simultaneously? That's not an option. If it's possible I don't recommend it.

Or are you asking how to install two OS's on an SSD and boot one or the other at a time?

Yeah...no, unless you're using virtualization software like on a server with ESXi, Bhyve, or UnRAID you won't be doing that. Buy a second SSD for the other computer.

For what reason would you want to be able to do this?

why not just connect the second monitor.

main system build --> i7-7700K (at 5.0 ghz), MSI Z270 SLI Motherboard, corsair vengeance lpx 8gb ddr4 2666mhz,  costume liquid cooling loop with 360 mm radiator on CPU, GTX 1080 gigabyte windforce OC, 1TB WD drive, 128 gb samsung nvme m.2, EVGA 850 watt semi modular power supply, CM storm stryker case (ya not ideal for costume loop), VIOTEK GN34C 34 inch curved monitor <----

You can connect multiple monitors to a single computer, it's called an extended desktop. You don't need something as convoluted as booting two computers off one drive.
