you wont get double the speed, and you will need a packet splitter and service to go along with it.

Wont work. You need to move some where that has good internet, if you want to do fun stuff on the internet. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Majority of phone carriers NAT their phones, which creates a very large headache. However your upload looks like plenty for streaming. I can easily watch 720p over my upload (also 10mbps). Drop your quality to 720p and up your compression lol.
