Strix is a good choice from the other 2 or 3 asus mobo's in same price range.

Honestly, get the R7 1700. You will be much happier with the 2 other cores and 4 more threads. Its great for streaming and R6S is huge for that.

Why those 2 different monitors?

Wait until April and then just get an R7 2700 + GT 1030/RX 550 PC, we have no idea when GPU pricing will be normal, so just grab something entry level or find a used GPU.

Or just get an R3 2200G/R5 2400G system now, and game alright at 1080p while using AMD ReLive to do streaming.

the 2400G debate is an interesting one

but its better to shell out for the right cpu in the beginning

then bite the bullet on the gpu, say 1030 or 550 or 1050

imo get same monitor, will look better,

 

get an ryzen 7, will really be better for streaming,
