144hz monitor help

If im playing games at around 100-130 fps would a 144hz monitor still be worth it?

Also, yes. Your frame-rate should preferably be close the refresh of the monitor. Unless you're playing HuniePop, you should receive a tangible (...) benefit from a 144Hz monitor. 

 

If you're shopping for a monitor, go ultrawide as well. At worst, you'll be playing at 16:9, but most games do scale well with the aspect ratio and allow much more versatility than a simple refresh increase.

Honestly, if you don't mind the cost, it's "worth it" even just for general use because moving and scrolling windows is even significantly improved.  Of course any full screen high action games like the ones you've listed above will also benefit hugely.

Would it be worth it to buy an older UW model because they usually drop off in price, lets say like 2 years old? Current ones @ 700-800EU+ are too much
