HELP!!!!

so i think my graphics card isnt working properly so today i went to launch a game and it crashes and i try my whole steam library and nothing is working so i try downclocking my cards which is a gtx 1060 6gb gaming x edition and my power supply isnt the issue because it was working just fine yesterday when it was overclocked and today i downclocked it by 200 mhz and the game worked just fine. so what should i do i can send the card back and get a new one

What do you mean by "crashes"? Does the game just close? Does your PC lock up? Is it a BSOD?

450 watt may be too low for the 1060. It can be recommended for a 550 for that card.

yeah but even when i downclock the gpu and im able to get in the game there are a bunch of grahical errors (glitches)

Which ram slot is the ram plugged into? Is it like this picture in the second slot and the last slot (A2 and B2):

im using the dimmb 2 because i have two sticks and i will try to take off the overclock
