Ok, this suggests that you bought a GPU from China.

1. That is not a GTX 750 Ti

2. By only asking for a partial, you're screwing yourself and letting this guy walk away with half your money for a GPU that cost him pennies

I will make one final plea, then you're on your own: contact eBay and amend your claim. Tell them you did further research and found out that the card you have isn't even really the card he says it is, and you want a full refund. You're willing to return the card at the seller's expense, but because the card is a fake, you want a full refund and not the half you originally asked for. You might get a full refund from them while you're on the phone, without having to send anything back, but don't ask for that or it looks shady.

Seriously, at the very least, this guy misrepresented his card as working and he knew it doesn't. Why would you reward that behavior? You'll never fix that card--never. It's dead. The GPU itself is dead. If you want to pay someone 50% of the asking price for a card that's worth maybe 5% of it for the cooler, that's on you, but as an eBay seller who goes out of his way to ensure stuff works, responds promptly to correct any problems and does not do partial refunds, please don't let this guy get away with it. Any seller willing to do a partial refund is a seller who knows they're pushing shit, and they just want to fleece what they can from you and make you go away.

The thing is that he was so kind and responsive to my messages even agreed to a partial refund.

He can hjack the chipset and make it written a 750 ti? Because i opened the gpu and it was written a serie to this gpu:

This is the seller:

After 2 days ebay didnt responded to my last message, should i send one with what u suggested?

This is the gpu z which the seller posted it but when I ran gpu z myself some of the fields were blank. The gpu is not at me atm because I'm trying to fix it but if it's so important I can try to make one

This isn't something you can fix. You need to return it. Use letgo and Offer Up to find a GPU.

Make sure to quote or tag me (@JoostinOnline) or I won't see your response!
