Cheap DDR3?

I'll be getting a new system soon, and I'd like to put as much RAM in it for as cheap as possible. How can I get cheap DDR3? I've seen the ECC stuff on eBay, but I don't think that'll work (though I may be wrong). What's the cheapest I can pay for 16GB of any speed DDR3.

With ECC it really depends if your CPU and Board can handle that... some boards do, but then you would need for example a XEON.

 

Around here (germany) 16 gb (2 sticks x8) are around 112 €. Going from DDR3 1066 up to 1600.

Normally best idea is to look used on places like craigslist, you can get good deals if you hunt around.

Non-ECC. I don't think my board can handle ECC (it has an i5-3470). I'm not certain though.
