What does the M.2 have to do with this? My suggestion was skipping the cooler. You don't need it, it won't really improve much.

return the PSU and get a corsair CX/coolermaster masterwatt, it's not good. rest are fine though I'd skip the cooler for a 240gb ssd and get a 2200G.

As we are all well aware, computer component prices are obscene right now. You're budget is in a weird place between good budget build and actually getting a nice rig.

Paying >$200 for a 1050ti is outrageous. If I were you I'd wait for GPU prices to level off sometime in the next year and purchase a 2200G instead for the mean time. Also I  HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you get dual channel ram. Ryzen works much better with dual channel ram over single channel ram. Also, there is nothing particularly special about most M.2 drives. In some use cases they can be very nice, but this PC likely won't ever realize much to any difference between a typical 2.5" SSD and an SSD.

Check out this list:

Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($66.00 @ Newegg Marketplace)
