Posted March 8, 2018 So with GPUs out of stock and crazy prices i bought a alien ware r7 desktop had for a few weeks. I have 2 monitors My main display is a 27inch dell isp panel and my 2nd display is a 24inch acer for random multitasking My main display is going black randomly and coming back on when this happens i still see my 2nd monitors screen fine. Went into Event viewer i dont see anything related to gpu like display driver crash ect, i have changed the HDMI cable once already tried a few drivers currently on 391.01.' i guess my question is GPU issue or monitor going bad ? like i said PC is only 3weeks old i played Path of exile today for about 7 hours and out of no where black sceen however i have seen my monitor do this idle.
