The 6300 is better but the 750K is cheaper.

Depends because you could probably use the extra money from the 750K for upgrades.

how long can each of this last?

Cpus don't degrade in performance...at least they shouldn't in any short amount of time.

Nothing is 'future proof'. Components can last 1-4 years, but can never forever. 

This is if you want to keep up with new technology that comes out each year.

AM3+ will be more powerful for 1-2 more years but it's also a dead socket while FM+2 will still have new products but just not as powerful

so I guess I'll probably get the fx and have for five years and just upgrade the gpu

 

Get the most powerful system you can afford today. That is the only thing that will aid in longevity. By the time you are ready to upgrade a cpu, motherboard technology will have advanced to the point that you'll want, if not need to replace it as well.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
