I would maybe go with a higher wattage PSU, just to be safe, or keeping the possibility open for a second 1080ti, but i'm not the expert @JDE could tell you more about what psu to choose. I sadly can't reccomend you a specific monitor, but i would go for a ultrawide...from a quick research i found this one that in my opinion looks promissing, but I'm no expert in that regard either (https://www.gamingscan.com/best-gaming-monitor/#Acer_Predator_XB271HU). Otherwise there are no complains from my side. I you are not planning on doing productivity work or playing minecraft infinity I would say 16Gb are fine.

sry for much sry and not much information

(the only thing you could consider is getting small amount of thermal paste to exchange the stock one on the cooler for, but that doesn't give you a massive temperature drop(but this depends on the Thermal Paste Cooler master uses))

750w is more than enough for this build, don't worry about that, probably enough for SLI. I would however get faster ram, 3000mhz is the sweet spot. 1440P is the best place for 1080ti, yes it can do 4k, but it will struggle with future games. If you have the budget, Gsync is worth a punt from my experience
